Every change to the Terms of Service, the Data Processing Agreement or the Terms appendix is listed here, newest first, with what changed, when it applies and what you need to do. Existing customers are also notified by email to the address on their account.
13 October 2026: Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement
Section titled “13 October 2026: Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement”We updated the API Terms of Service and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). New customers are on the new text from 13 October 2026. For customers who signed up before that date the changes apply from 13 November 2026. Nothing changes in how you call the API; your keys keep working.

What you need to do: nothing, unless you disagree. If you do not object in writing by 13 November 2026, the updated documents apply to your account from that date. To object, reply to the notice email or write to the contact address in the Terms.
